Revelino Uson Quebral “Billy” September 10th 1939 - July 17th 2025
Revelino Uson Quebral, age 85, passed away peacefully on Thursday 17th July 2025, at Sharp Chula Vista Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. He was known to his family and friends as “Billy”.
Revelino was born on September 10th, 1939, in Alaminos, Pangasinan, Philippines. As a young man, Billy had a desire to leave home and explore the world. He enlisted in the United States Navy in 1961. He proudly served for 30 years in the Navy, followed by 18 years working for the U.S. Department of Defense.
Billy was known for his desire for solitude. He was dedicated to supporting his family; kept quiet to himself, and lived a simple life. He loved his dogs and cats, who always kept him company. Billy was always ready to offer guidance, and when asked, was able to help those who were in financial need. He was a strong man of faith and believed in the importance of religion. He had a passion for fishing and was an expert at fixing cars. He felt at home with his family and friends while playing a game of mahjong. Most of all, his greatest joys were watching his two grandsons grow up from toddlers to young men. He was very proud of them and that through them, he would be remembered beyond death.
Billy is survived by his wife, Natividad; his sons Richard and Rod; his grandsons James and Joseph; his daughter-in-law, Shannen Ngoc Hue; and his brother Reynaldo. He is preceded in death by his parents, Sabastian Quebral and Eduvejis Uson Quebral; his sister Rosita, and his brothers Rafael, Antonio, and Renerio.
