I'm sorry to hear that, my mom was the same way after her surgery… It was hard, but it was worth it, the quality time I got to spend with her, I told her I would carry her to the end of the earth if I had too, I'd give anything to have her here ??

I am so sorry that I will not be able to make it to the service. My oldest son, Martin, is bed ridden and I provide his care at that time.
My deepest condolences to the family.my fondest memory of Riki was in the early. 70's when she was a passenger in my 1964 Buick .we were driving down LA Siesta way and a cat ran out,I slammed on the breaks and Rikkshe was jammed in there and landed on the floor of the car, (no seat belts back then)!!after pulling over and getting her out we laughed so hard,I'll never forget her laugh,later that night we played our scrabble games till almost 4 in the morning ,while we had her homemade salsa and chips She made me great Mexican food which is my favorite!I'll miss her.even though I've only seen her a few times in the last 42 years always,sent me,a xmas card and I remember how excited she was to announce she was pregnant with Jennifer!Rest peacefully Rikiki,fly high with the Angel's, love always,your long distance friend,Helen

Jennifer and David, you are in my thoughts and prayers. Your mom was a kind person and thoughtful friend that never missed sending me a Christmas card. My fond memories of her include visits to my house to drink coffee and the vacation we took at the ranch in baja.
