Ricardo Luís Monge's Obituary
Ricardo Luís Monge was born on February 1, 1936 in Culiacán, Sinaloa, Mexico to proud parents Elena Lopez de Nava and José Maria Monge. He passed away on July 28, 2021 in National City at the age of 85. He was preceded in death by his wife and mother to their children: Martha Antonieta Ibarra Monge, in 2019.
Ricardo leaves to cherish his memory celebrate his life and carry on his legacy his loving children: Victoria (Kevin) Krenz, Rafael Monge, Lourdes (John) Swanson, Rita Monge and Jorge Monge; 9 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
Ricardo's final disposition will be as follows:
- A portion of his cremated remains will be inurned in Holy Cross Mausoleum, San Diego, California.
- A second portion will be delivered to a family cemetery in Sinaloa, Mexico.
- The third and final portion will be scattered at sea in Ricardo's beloved Bahía de Los Ángeles (Bay of the Angels), Baja California Norte, Mexico.
