Robert Lee Casillas' Obituary
Robert Lee Casillas, 68, of San Diego, went to be with the Lord on April 8th, 2022.
Robert was born on June 10th, 1953 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX the proud son of Mexican immigrants Jose and Sara Figueroa Casillas. He later became an American Citizen.
Robert was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was a devoted family man who spent most of his free time with his daughter’s and grandchildren. Many Sundays were spent with him watching his Raiders.
He enjoyed his work as a hair stylist for over 30 years. He was an enthusiastic educator and could always be found behind his chair sharing his knowledge. He brought his special, artistic flair to everything he did.
Robert is survived by his daughter Bianca and her husband Jeremy, his daughter Nicole and her husband Jimmy, his grandchildren Jimmy, Mya, Danica, Gabe & Roman. He is also survived by his sisters Alma, Blanca and Eva and the many, many treasured friends he had over his lifetime.
A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, May 1st in the Sally Lynn Chapel at Greenwood Memorial Park, 4300 Imperial Avenue, San Diego CA 92113. Services will begin at 11am.
