"Robert was member of Chula Vista Senior Volunteer Patrol, Robert will be deeply missed. Robert would volunteer to take another member's patrol if they could not patrol that day. Robert was on the only patrol team as "walking patrol", they would walk through Chula Vista shopping centers looking for handicap violations. Robert team wrote many Citations for handicap violations during their patrols. Robert picture is on the Senior Volunteer Patrol cards, which was handed out to anyone interested in joining the Senior Volunteer Patrol. Robert was very dedicated volunteer!”
