Bob loved having company come to his home in his last days of life. He and his wife would visit with us when we arrived. We tried to make it meaningful for them but they always made the visit meaningful for us. We shared a gospel message and always ended our visit with a prayer, standing around Bob's chair and holding hands in a circle. During the last week or so his wife gave us a baseball card. He tried to sign his name but was not pleased with the effort so our card wasn't signed. The photos taken during the effort are priceless because he wanted to sign and put in some effort, but decided it wasn't good enough. We love that he tried. You could see the love Bob had for his wife….it shined in his eyes when he would watch her. We loved being there to see that. Thanks for the visits in 2013 and 2014 to your home Bob and Ellie.
