My Nino will be sorely missed by all his family and by those lives he touched, which were many. I will never forget the delicious pancakes and waffles he'd make my brother and I, each day , after we'd get out of school. I will never forget all those times he helped me out with schoolwork, and the little songs he would hum under his breath whenever he was focused on his thoughts. The last days by his side were specially hard to experience, but I choose to remember him as the joyous, carefree, gentle man that he was.Thank you for all the great life lessons and beautiful memories, Nino. It hurts me a lot to know my Nino is gone, I miss him. He was so nice to me when I was a kid. I remember he would pick me from Mueller and take me to the house and make me waffles. After he would print out funny picture , but it had a message in it and it was up to me to figure it out. He would also let me play on is computer , and when he would draw his boats , he would show me how to draw them and what each part was named. He was always so humorous and real smart as well.It pains me not to have been able to be there, by your side, but as soon as I get back, that'll be the first thing I'll do.

Para mi es un honor haber conosido y convivido con una persona como fue mi compadre, Romeo Elliot. El siempre trataba a todo mundo con educacion y respeto. El fue tio de mis hijos, Carlos e Isabel Magana, y padirino de bautizo de mi hijo Carlos . El cumplio con su compromiso de padrino, por que siempre nos ayudo mucho.
