Romulo Rivera Aristo passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2020, after his three-year battle with cancer. He passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends.
Romy was born on October 8, 1940, in Batangas, Philippines. As an adult, he immigrated to California and created a life full of love and life. He was dedicated to taking care of the people around him and was selfless in doing so. He was an avid gardener, drawing peace and serenity from spending time tending to his plants. He was a devoted member of the Catholic church and the Divine Mercy.
Romy is survived by his wife Esperanza Atienza Aristo; his children Amy Michelle Aristo and Vicente Atienza Aristo; his grandchildren Evan William Maschke and Hayden Vicente Takaani Aristo; and countless family and friends. He was loved by all.
