He was the best Grandpa I could have ever asked for. Seriously. I feel so lucky that I had a Grandpa who played such an active role in my life. Every memory I have off him… which is many… is full of laughs and love. Every single one. He was prepared for literally everything and therefore made everyone around him feel safe and looked after. We would always say “Poppy can fix anything”… and it was so true. I never found anything he couldn’t fix. He was the handiest man around. I will miss him every day. I will love him forever.
