When I think about grandpa I think about how when I was a kid I was really shy and quiet and I think he understood that. So instead of trying to talk to me too much, when I would walk in the door to say hi, we would pretend to punch each other and joke around and it would always make me laugh so much. He had so much love to give to everyone around him, and he always knew how to show it in different ways for us. We love and miss you so much grandpa.
I added a few pictures of Papa Ron. Three of them were from a local place called Boomers that has a miniature golf course and arcade. After playing miniature golf with the kids, Papa Ron, Olivia, Chloe and Justin went on a pond in small inner tubes with squirt guns. Papa Ron and the kids squirted each other with water for about 15 minutes. He played and laughed like a young kid himself. It was one of my fondest memories of him.
I will always remember sitting with him at the computer when I was a little kid, where he showed me a computer game called Claw, where we played as a pirate cat battling against British bulldogs. As I grew up and the years went on, he was just a constant, part of Family. Whether it was Christmas or whether we were just visiting, barbecuing or watching Jeopardy or going for a walk, he was quick to smile, and laughed quietly but often. He is so full of love, and is so loved. We miss you, Papa.
