Rosalee M. Saiz was born in Los Angeles, California on October 14, 1939 to proud parents Leola Vina Miller and James McClain McDougald. She passed away peacefully in her residence in El Cajon, California on March 31, 2021 at the age of 81.
Rosalee leaves to cherish her memory her loving children: Rosalee Balcuns, James McArthur, Eloise Jacobs, Stewart McArthur and David McArthur; three grandchildren as well as three great-grandchildren.
