Rosalie Elizabeth Polizze, Born in Hot Springs New Mexico to Henry and Marie Belot. A Sister to Thomas, Ruby and Frank Belot. A loving mother to Paul, Yvonne, and Annette Polizzi, a Grandmother of 9 and a Great Grandmother to 15 Grandchildren.Rosalie was an amazing cook, she owned and operated restaurants for over 30 years. She will be missed by all, but her recipes will live on through her family.May you rest in peace Mother we love you.
