Rose Hoang Pham born on October 20, 1968, in Vietnam to parents Hiep Hoang and Duom Ha entered into rest on May 2, 2023, in California. A resident of San Diego for over 26 years. Rose was a respected and loving daughter, sister, friend, wife and mother. She married the love of her life Thinh Van Pham and together they raised their four children; Elizabeth Pham, Angela Pham, Anthony Pham, and Anna Pham. Rose worked as a computer programmer for a software developer for over 22 years. It is evident that she will forever be missed yet never forgotten. May she rest in eternal peace.
