Ruben Mendoza Galaz was born in California on December 20th, 1929 to his loving parents Manuel Galaz, and Socorro Mendoza. Ruben passed away on December 17th, 2019 at his home and is survived by his adoring wife, Armida Mexia and his daughter Rosalia Galaz.
