Russell Luther Romo , born on December 13, 1940 in San Diego, California to parents Richard Felix Romo and Marie Foussat entered into rest on Thursday, January 09, 2020 in San Diego, California. A resident of San Diego for over 75 years. A respected and Loving son, brother, friend, cousin and uncle. He owned and operated an auto parts store for over 55 years. He never married yet he enjoyed spending time with his friends and family and his family and friends enjoyed his company as well. Russell Luther. He was the youngest of 5 children; 3 brothers and 1 sister. He is survived by his brother Richard Romo, his nephew David Smith, his niece and nephew Serita and Ray Gates and his great great niece and nephew, Lady and Legend Gates. It is evident that he will forever be missed yet never forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace.
