Salvador C. Alva "Chavita"'s Obituary
Salvador Cristino Alva Galvez, or as most knew him “Chavita”, was born in Mexico City, Mexico on July 24th, 1958 to his proud parents Jose Alva and Dolores Galvez of Mexico. Salvador met Maria Elena Pedroza Montes. They married and from their union grew their family. Salvador moved to San Diego, California where he resided for about 30 years. He dedicated those years as a cook in the restaurant business. Salvador was called home on October 10th, 2019 at the age of 61. He is survived by his wife, Maria Elena Pedroza Montes and his two children; Andrea G. Alva and Cesar Alva. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
