Sarah was my supervisor many years ago at DLA. She was my favorite supervisor ever. She was such a special woman. She always had time to listen and to encourage me when I needed it. She was always so positive and always went the extra mile. I had not seen her in many years but i have thought of her frequently. I have missed her throughout the years and now I miss her even more. Thank you Sarah for being such a beautiful soul.
I love you lala. Sorry i’m not a very sentimental person maybe I got it from you but I miss you very much. No matter what I did you would always be on my side. From not wanting to go to school because of bullies to me in labor with Sebastian I could always look back and see you being there for me. Sebastian misses you very much you would let him do anything he wanted and he knew that. He would hold you pinky and pull you all over the yard and eat your grape tomatoes and you wouldn’t care as long as you were spending time with him you never complained about how naughty he was. I love you very much lala.
I came by just to say hi that day last September. Like always you offered a chair and a ear to listen. Some have the gift of listening and you always found a way to make each of us feel like our voice needed to be heard. Thank you for loving us all thru the good and the bad. Reminding us that God was in control, He would do right and to never forget how very blessed we were. You encouraged each of us to be better, work harder and love one another. I will miss going over to your house when my mom was not home. I could always count on knocking on your sliding door and hearing wiggles bark and you having time for a chat. Lala, I will miss our sister talks, I'd come over with a burrito, I could smell the cinnamon coming from your kitchen, your famous banana nut bread or oatmeal cookies. We spent hours , after David Muir news was over for sure, I 'd vent my problems and we would both end of crying comforting each other. You were always there to encourage me,not to worry, things will look better in the morning, I will always remember my favorite verse "God will always be at your side, he will never abandon you" but I still miss you, hearing your tv full blast enjoying CNN, or watching you master sudoku. You were very intelligent woman, wish you had finished San Diego State but instead you chose to take care of us, ,kept our family united. I thank you for encouraging our kids to study hard and finish college. You believed that success in life comes from effort and ability. You showed everyone that hard, steady work brings improvement and reward.
