Sila Bou, 66, was born October 10th, 1950 to parents Noeth Bou and Tuem Bou in Cambodia. Sila relocated to the United State many years ago. She worked as a Social Worker with Child Protective Services for 30 years. Sila passed away peacefully in Walthum, MA, surrounded by her loving family.Services are as follows….
