Suzette Elizabeth Jones' Obituary
Suzette Elizabeth Vaughn- Farris- Jones was born on February 1, 1945, Los Angeles, CA to stepparents Velma Vivian Hamilton and Lemuel Syntell Vaughn.
She made her first Holy Communion and lived in a boarding home. She was in the scouts for 3 years and her godparents were very highly religious people.Her stepparents had her baptized when she was a baby. She graduated from 9th grade from Memorial Junior High School.
Suzette was very devoted in helping unfortunate people and animals. she went to Tijuana and joined by the Christ the King church members to give out prayer books, food, clothes, saint medals, water and medical supplies to adults, teenagers and children in jail. She also helped people with drug and alcohol problmes and spent time praying for the sick. She met a family who made Laos prayer books. She worked as a cook at the hospital and as a Security guard for over 25years. She never let anyone stand in her way from accomplishing whatever she needed to do to help her family and the unfortunates. She loved watching horror movies and old Fashion Assorted hard candies. Due to high blood pressure and blood clots Suzette suffered a heart attack, on Friday, April 21st, 2023, and the Lord called Suzette home.
Suzette leaves to cherish her memories to her seven children Julius, Wilbert Jr, Bernadette, Elizabeth, Barbara, Theresa (deceased), and Theodore. She also leaves behind over 25 grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as a host of other relatives and friends who will truly miss her.
