Thai Van Mai passed away on January 2, 2018 in La Jolla, California. Mr. Mai was born in Rach Gia, Vietnam on March 13, 1949 to Thong Van Mai and Bay Thi Khuu. He is survived by his wife, Thanh Phuong Le, his children, and his extended family. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm at Greenwood Mortuary, 4300 Imperial Avenue, San Diego, CA 92113, where his funeral service will be held at 9:00 am on Thursday, January 11, 2018 in the Salli Lynn Chapel with burial to follow in Greenwood Memorial Park.
