When I think of Mr. Rios, I think of a "CLASSY" gentleman. Alma would always talk about her papi and how he took pride in always looking sharp! He worked on his garden every morning. Mr. Rios was an accomplished man, he created a beautiful family with values, very respectful and appreciative. The most loveable family I have met. Mr. Rios will never be forgotten, he lives in his children and wonderful wife. Love, Rose H
