What can I say… but I miss my mom immensely. Although she lived a long life, I never believed I would miss her this much. My heart broke the moment she told me that it was time for her to go. I wanted to tell her ‘no, I still need you’. I know she wouldn’t want me to grieve so heavily, but she was so precious to me. Leaving home at an early age didn’t give her the opportunity to teach me things. But I learned later in life the most important thing a mom could teach her daughter…love and care for your family. Mom had a love for God and read her Bible regularly. In her last days she listened to the Bible reading. Now I look forward to the day when she is awaken in Paradise and I can hear her voice, kiss and hug her and tell her ‘I love you forever’ Until we see each other again, I’ll carry you in my heart.
