Truelene A. Ivey passed away on January 10th 2024. She was a respected Middle School Teacher and Counselor. She was a phenomenal quilter and a globe trotter. She enjoyed traveling throughout the world with her husband Norbert. Jap Read Obituary
I have been trying to reach Truelene and I was so sad to find her obituary, she’s an amazing woman and friend. I have the highest respect for the wonderful women of God and dear sister in our Lord Jesus Christ. I will see you again for eternity.

My husband, Henry, and I taught with Trulene at Montgomery. She was a gracious lady and outstanding teacher who always put the kids first especially when she shifted to counselor role. We went to the cemetery on Friday and that’s why we couldn’t find the “niche”. Unfortunately due to a surgery already scheduled we can’t come on Monday, but will be with you in our thoughts.
