Vasam Yin, 89, passed away June 03, 2026 in San Diego, CA. Born in Battambang, Cambodia on September 08, 1936 to Xuy Yin and Toy Chau as the fourth of ten children. He is survived by his wife, Hey Yik; his children Sing Chan married to Wang Chan, Khauv Yin marry to Pov Yin, Vickie La married to Be La, Lang Yin, Steven Yin, and Sally Icasas married to Robert Icasas. Grand children: Justin Yin married to Shannon Yin, Jesse, Kevin, Zackary, Tiffany, Hailey, Stephanie, Jayden, Hanna, and Skylar. Great grand child: Casey.
A service will be held on June 15, 2026 at 10am at Greenwood Memorial, Garden Chapel.“Goodbyes are not forever. Goodbyes are not the end. They simply mean I’ll miss you until we meet again.”
