Virginia Elora Bradford was born on May 22 1930 to Willis Uraling Garman and Elva Leona Powell Garman. When Virginia E Bradford was born in 1930 in Oregon, her father, Willis, was 22, and her mother, Elva, was 20. She married Orland Max Bradford on November 21, 1947, in Lane, Oregon. They had two children during their marriage Dennis Garman Bradford and Vicky Maxine Bradford Reid. She was preceded in death my her loving husband Orlandd Max Bradford on June 26, 2020. Virginia passed from this life to the next on January 12, 2021, in Fountain Valley, California, at the age of 90 years young. So cared so much for so many.
