Wai Sau Tom (June 24, 1944 - August 19, 2020)
Wai Sau Tom, son of Ha Yui Tam and Kwai Ching Lee was born in Canton, China on June 24, 1944. Wai Sau moved to Hong Kong in 1958 where he met his wife Siu Fong. He and Siu Fong married in 1968 and immigrated to San Diego, California in 1969 and have been lifetime residents ever since.
Wai Sau worked his entire career as a cook and in retirement he enjoyed visiting all the local San Diego casinos, eating traditional Chinese food and talking to his grandchildren. Wai Sau is survived by his wife Siu Fong, his children Maya and Ernesto Perez, Nessa and Eddy Heubach, Kevin and Dayna Tom and his four grandchildren Antonio, Enrique, Maritza and Ellie
