WELDON DEVORD LEE
Weldon Devord Lee was born on August 11,1957, in Chicago, Illinois to Christene and Robert E. Lee.
Weldon was the second oldest of the four brothers, Glenn, Efferem, Cephus (who preceded him in death) two sisters, Penny and Wendy.
Weldon was educated in the Harvey, Illinois Public School System. He graduated from Riley Elementary School.
Weldon worked a few odd jobs from 1977-1981 and then enlisted in the United States Navy in 1981. It was during this time while serving on the USS Horne that he met his wife and longtime friend Stacey Trotter. They got married on April 22, 1991, in California. It was also during this timeframe where Weldon met Johnnie Austin, and they became great friends and coached Little League baseball, at Oak Park Little League and served as mentors together for many years.
