Wilber Joe Martin was born in Oklahoma on December 19, 1940 to proud parents Edna Francis Daniels and Wilbur Martin. Wilbur proudly served his country in the Navy and worked as a Power Plant Manager for 25 years with San Diego Gas and Electric. He passed away on January 11, 2021 in San Diego, California at the age of 80.
He leaves to cherish his memory, celebrate her life and praise his name, his adoring wife Michelle Martin.
