William Necy Billingsley, born on May 09, 1929 National City, California to parents William Necy Billingsley, Sr. and Frances E Buchanan Billingsley entered into rest on December 13, 2022 in San Diego, California. A true resident of San Diego for 93 years. A respected and Loving son, brother, friend, uncle, husband, father and great grandfather. He worked as an electrical engineer for 41 years. He married his first love and together raised a family of three children; Joan Talbert, Carol CCarotenuti and Gene Billingsley. William was also honored to have been able to share his life with his 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. After the loss of his first wife, William found Eunice "Bunni" Marie and they wed and shared more years of happiness. It is evident that he will forever be missed yet never forgotten. May he rest in eternal peace.
