William Edward Brown Jr. was born in New Jersey on December 22,1932 to his proud parents William Edward Brown Sr of Pennsylvania and Elizabeth Hudson Petitt of New Jersey. William received a doctorate and dedicated about 50 years as an attorney in the labor law business. William moved to sunny San Diego, California where he resided for about 30 years. He passed away on April 25th, 2020 in San Diego, California at the age of 87. He is survived by his brother, Richard Warren Brown. He will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
