William Frank Clark was born in California on Febuary 26th 1963 to his loving parents Micky Kendrick and Jodie Clark. William made his country proud by serving in the United States Army before becoming an independent contractor in in construction for over 30 years. William resided in the county of San Diego his whole life and is survived by his 2 sisters Valicia Barrow and Lucille Dunham
