Xiao Bing Liu was born in China on July 23, 1973 to proud parents, Meizhen Situ and Gui Rui Liu. She passed away n November 29, 2021 in San Diego, California at the age of 48. She was preceded in death by her father, Gui Rui Liu on November 25, 2021.
Xiao leaves to cherish her memory her loving mother, Meizhen Liu and her sister, Xiao Mei Liu.
