Macaraeg, Aryand Calimquim's Obituary
Aryand was born to Arlene Pearce and Conrado Macaraeg on July 26, 1992. He was raised in San Diego
where he discovered his love for music and video games. He graduated from Navy Nuclear Power Training Command and served in the navy for six years as a nuclear electronics technician. Aryand was stationed on the east coast where he loved to travel, take pictures, eat good food, and see his favorite Korean pop stars in concert. It was during this time when he met his pet bunny, Niku.
On January 15, 2025, Aryand peacefully passed away after living with cancer for a year and a half. He is survived by his mother, father, stepparents, two brothers, sister, and Niku. Aryand was known for his inviting smile, calm demeanor, and peaceful presence. His repeated request to his friends and family was to always be kind to others.
