Tatay and his family has always been the kindest and most helpful neighbor. I remember Tatay when I used to walk my son every morning at Tooma Park when he was younger, Tatay is always there sitting and watching everyone and everytime I went to go chat with him he never failed to smile and acknowledge me. But what I can't forget was when I lost my parking card and one of our neighbor found it, he was there, he told our neighbor that it might be mine since the parking card was found near my parking spot. He waited for me that afternoon and when he saw me getting out from my car, he came to me and ask me if I lost my parking card and I said yes, and Tatay said to follow him and went knocking to our neighbor who had my parking card. After getting my card, I faced him and hug him for being so helpful. My parking card had been missing for 2-3 days and to replace it was like another $50 plus the waiting time. I will always remember Tatay not just a neighbor but a good man who built a good family and a reflection of his character.
