Clarence Joseph Irving, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 27, 2020 in his home surrounded by his family. Clarence was born on Sunday, December 30, 1934 in Louisiana to his proud parents Jack Irving and Ruth Turner.
Clarence spent the last 52 years residing in San Diego, CA where he raised his family. He received his Doctorate and was an attorney at a private practice.
He is survived by his daughter Evelyn Irving, grandchildren and a host of family and friends whom will all miss him dearly.
