I am deeply sad to say goodbye to a dear Aunt whom our whole family came to love very dearly. On the other hand, consoled by the fact that she is in now in a better place and enjoying the warm embrace of our Lord God.
Auntie Tita was a loving, caring, and warm person. It wasn’t just once, but always, whenever Mama (Mrs. Nora Lee) went to the USA, as long as Auntie Tita was well, she would go out of her way to meet Mama, no matter the distance. Auntie Tita was that kind of person, always involved and caring, which special traits were shared by the Yuching clan from Auntie La to Auntie Baby and shared by their loving husbands, Uncle Romy & Auntie Baby.
She always wore a smile in her face, and very welcoming never showing tiredness. On the few occassions that I was with Auntie Tita, she left an indelible mark in me, I saw her strength in character, how she faced her life’s challenges head on, very supportive, understanding and giving as a person. She was fun to be with, I will surely miss Auntie Tita and her memory stays with me forever.

I first met the Quini/Yuching family in 1983 when I came to visit Marilou in San Diego. Tita was welcoming from the start, and I always got a warm smile from her. Having been around for nearly 40 years now, I can see how her hard work, determination, and devotion to family have paid off. It took courage to bring a young family here, where her degrees and experience counted for much less than at home, but they made it work. There are now two generations to carry on her legacy. I'm sure she is still smiling.
Dearest Auntie Tita,
I remember your sweet smile and your quiet sincere support for my children when you came here to Manila. They made you laugh with their long fruit salad song. It was a short visit but you have made a happy impression on us.
It was not an easy task to raise your children in the US but you have done well. You were the perfect example of strength, peace and courage. You have lived a full life. We will miss you Auntie Tita!

Auntie Tita, for sure you are in heaven now with our heavenly Father. You're one with the gentlest souls I 've met here on earth. Your soft and sweet smile was very soothing. You have accomplished a lot in your life, judging from the children that you have raised. You have done your Father's will.
Thank you for celebrating with us Mama's birthday in Modesto in 2001 (shown in photo). We also went to Sonia's Garden in Tagaytay when you visited us here in Manila.
Rest now Auntie. We will miss you! Don't forget to give my regards to Manoy Rudy and Papa when you meet them.

Mama, I miss you already but I am happy for you that you are free from pain. The last few time we spoke, you mentioned that you were afraid. You do not have to worry because we will be ok. We have been scrounging around for pictures of you and many bring back wonderful memories of you and papa. I hope that you will be happy with your send off party. Everyone have been contributing time and effort to the celebration of your life. You should be proud that you brought up good sons and daughter. You worked so hard for us that I just wished you would have more time to enjoy the fruits of your labor. From time to time I'll be back to give you updates. Love you mama.
