My prayers and thoughts go out to the family. I have fond memories living next door to Mr. Fig and his family. When I was a little girl, He grew surgar cane and when it was time to cut it down, he would whittle it down and give me a piece to eat. Yummy. There are other memories that I will carry on with me.
