Isis , You came in to this worlds beautiful and perfect, you had so much hair in which Nana nicknamed you Papoosa. Isis the doctor told us right away something was wrong, I couldn't see it so I unwrapped you and inspected you there was 10 fingers 10 toes everything was perfect. The Doctor said you have microcephaly and would have mental retardation but your dad and I didn't care it didn't matter to us we love all our children and parents are supposed to love their children unconditionally and you are our baby. Isis in our family crown you are the shiniest jewel with such an infectious smile and laugh, it lights up any room or mood anyone might be in. Isis your vision not so great but your hearing and sence of smell made up for that. Any time dad would try and sneak in your room your eyebrows would go way down than all of a sudden you would give the biggest smile from ear to ear. You know Isis one of the things I miss is laying in bed with you and cuddling you would love that I wish we could still do that. Dad misses you listening to James Brown and dancing with him. Your brothers and sisters were such a big help taking care of you, I believe having you was a gift from God you made us all learn to be patient compassionate have empathy and most of all love. While you were at Edgemoor all your nurses took great care of you ,they were your family too. You showed your love by showing them your beautiful smile. So I say to you: I love you my Mermaid go run and let your hair down till we see each other again. I love you eternally. Mommy

I sure miss you but knowing that you are out of pain and you are finally limitless that you can walk, run, jump, talk and even sing makes me happy for you. You were such a vibe when listening to music, your forever song will always be “Part of your world” ❤️. We have a bond that will never be broken whether we’re near our far or even not in the same place as we are now, you’ll always be my Bestie and grandma too. I love you Isis Athena Moco Moco Chena❤️
