I was deeply saddened by the loss of Lanette . She was always so kind to me when I would float to ICU . I would look forward to seeing her radiant smile and beautiful hairstyles . Last conversation we had ,she told me she was looking forward to retirement. I feel so blessed that I got to know her . Praying that the family find comfort in your memories of her and in knowledge that she was loved by many .
Dear Lanette – to a wonderful person who had the biggest heart of anyone that I know. I miss seeing you in the ICU – you have been and always will be a part of our family.Bri – your mother is so special to Mercy, the ICU, and to me. When I woke up from a coma many years ago — she was in my room and said, “We have been waiting for you to wake up.” I did wake up and saw her sweet smiling face. She always tried to make a connection with the patients and families – and was well liked by all of them. Lots of prayers and peace goes out to you and to all of your family.Love, Elizabeth
