Thank you for this slideshow.
Mary was (is) my cousin, our mothers being sisters. She and my brother Charles Kirkpatrick "Kirk" Agers being closest in age and he adored her. I know they had a great meet up in Heaven as he passed in Feb of 2009. He was a poet and valued Mary's opinion of his work which he shared with her. In abt 1966 my mother and I shared her home in Rialto, CA. My mother, she, and her best friend Jo went to night school together to become CNAs. I remember Mary from my days of living in her home as having the best crayons, (I was 6) Through the years Mary Jane was always happy and loving. I ache at her loss, although I did get to see her last in 2009 when our family was in El Cajon visiting with Uncle Lin. Mary was Mary. Even after years (decades) she was still loving and " the same Mary" when I saw her as if time had not passed. For me, I most remember when she came home with a new Ford Mustang abt 1968. It was dark green and I cannot think of her without the Mustang, or see a Mustang with out thinking of her. My kids got to meet her, that makes me happy. Everyone should have known her. She changed lives, I know she impacted mine deeply.
We had a good time at Disneyland that day! Mary called this pic the "Face of Fear" directed at Jeff – good memories!!
I love these pics of you all at Disneyland. What a magical trip.
