Grandpa Paul took care of My Grandmother very well. We all (Fussell’s) loved him very much. RIP
One of my fondest memories with Grandpa Paul was our time spent on the golf course. In my youth, we hit balls together at the range and often played a round with my dad (Doug). A favourite day on the green was a morning spent at Pelican Hill Golf Club playing with Grandpa Paul, Uncle Brad, and Dad. It was great to meet up with the Booth boys as I was about to move up north for university studies. Paul had some good hits, and of course, Dad and Brad hit like pros, as always!
In more recent years, I was happy I was able to introduce Paul to my partner Amelia and our daughter, Rose, while on vacation in California. We had some great conversations during these catch ups, and I cherish these times I got to spend with him.
We will miss you Grandpa Paul.
