Vivian M. Pfahler's Obituary
Vivian May Pfahler was born on May 18, 1924, in Milwaukee Wisconsin to Erna Sass and Alfre Nuetvel. Vivian attended school at Rufus King. Vivian started working at an early age at Matt's Lettering Company for about three years, shortly after working for numerous years at the Telephone Company. Vivian met her beloved husband, George Pfahler, and were married for sixty-four years. Vivian enjoyed all the friendships that she made over the years at Barona Casino. For many years, Vivian really loved the parks, Del Mar Fair, social gatherings, Christmas, and Easter programs. Vivian and her sister, Shirley talked on the phone daily. Vivian passed away on November 24, 2021, at the age of 97. Preceded in death by her parents, her lovely husband George Pfahler, sons Jerry & Don. Vivian survived by her sister Shirley Dorn, from Wisconsin, brother-in-law and sister-in-law William & Linda Pfahler, and her nephews and nieces. Albert & Marie Cole never waivered unselfish support and care for Vivian over the 30 years. A special thanks to Randy Clark, Larry & Robin Clark, Janis Zilinskas, her Caregivers- Rabiine, Amelia, Irma, Nono, for the care that they shared for Vivian. Per Vivian's request, no services are planned, and her ashes will be scattered at sea.
