I met Bill back in 1989 and developed a wonderful friendship with Bill & Rosemarie. From the start there was no doubt that this couple were in love and enjoyed life together. Bill always supported Rosemarie. Bill was genuine and kind and always had kind words to say. As a pastor I have officiated many marriages and at the moment the vows are exchanged I remind the bride and groom the significance of these precious vows they exchange before God and all those present. Words have meaning. The covenant of these powerful words exchanged that challenge bride and grooms to actually live out, being challenged, to love each other as God intended. This couple has done this. They truly lived their vows to each other. I pray for Rosemarie who will continue to live apart from her precious Bill and yet remind everyone that one day they will see each other again. Isaiah 41:10 o do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. 13 For I am the LORD, your God, who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you....Love and blessings to Rosemarie, the Ballard family and friends that all have been blessed by Bills heart print he left on all of us.
