Willie John Goggins, 50, of San Diego, CA was born August 26, 1965 in South Carolina to proud parents Willie & Julia. After completing his formal education, Willie enlisted into the U.S. Navy and climbed the ladder of rank to acheive Chief E7. He gave 21 years of service to our country. Willie met and married Sonia P. Diaz. He enjoyed life and spendig time with family and friends. Willie passed away peacefully, Monday, October 19, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. Willie’s survivors include his wife: Sonia P. Diaz; chldren: Tashiana Goggins, , Ariana(Anthony) St. George, Iliana, Leo, & Luis Salgado; 3 grandchildren; siblings: Sheila Williams, Sandra Beasely, Kenneth “Keno” Williams, Clara & Nick Goggins
