Dr. Dustin Potash

Managing Partner of Operations

Dr. Dustin Potash serves as Managing Partner of Operations for Greenwood Memorial Park and Clairemont Mortuary. With more than 15 years of leadership experience in operations, program management, and organizational development, Dustin is dedicated to building high-performing teams while delivering exceptional service to the families and communities they serve.

A U.S. Army veteran, Dustin served as a Mortuary Affairs Specialist and Supervisor, where he was entrusted with the dignified care and return of our nation's fallen service members to their families. His military service shaped his commitment to compassionate care, operational excellence, and servant leadership—values that continue to guide his approach today.

Dustin is passionate about serving his community, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability, and supporting teams in delivering meaningful experiences for every family. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, restoring and showcasing classic cars, and exploring the rich history and culture of Southern California.
